These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between the cbaji platform and its users. All provisions stated in this document are written in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all members. By completing registration on cbaji or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.
General Terms
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to all online gaming services, sports betting, casino games, lottery, and other entertainment activities provided through the cbaji platform. By browsing the website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you enter into this agreement.

1.3 Language & Interpretation
The original language of this agreement is Bengali. In the event of any dispute or need for interpretation, the Bengali text shall be considered final. Any translations into other languages are provided for informational purposes only.
Eligibility & Account
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use cbaji's services. You must confirm your actual age when creating an account. cbaji may request necessary documents to verify your age at any time. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
2.2 Account Registration
Each user may create only one account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. cbaji reserves the right to cancel accounts created with false information, and any deposits or winnings in such accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify cbaji's support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification
cbaji may verify a user's identity, address, and payment method at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until the verification process is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at cbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. For any deposit attempt, you must ensure the account is registered in your own name.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, it may go through a review process. The withdrawal method must remain the same — you must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from another person's account or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be cancelled.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible before the wagering requirements are met.
4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
A member cannot claim the same bonus more than once. cbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, cbaji reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
4.4 VIP Program
cbaji's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression is based on consistent active gaming. cbaji reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games operated on the cbaji platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by impartial algorithms. No game result is predetermined or altered for the benefit of any party.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a connection is lost during a game or a technical error occurs for any reason, cbaji will review the result of that round and make any necessary adjustments. cbaji is not liable for any incorrect payouts caused by system failures.
5.3 Sports Betting
The markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section are provided for informational purposes. If an event is cancelled or postponed, cbaji will refund the bet amount in accordance with the applicable policy.
Responsible Gaming
6.1 Self-Control Tools

6.2 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can contact cbaji's support team to request a temporary or permanent account closure. Once this request is received, cbaji will take prompt action.
6.3 Protection of Minors
cbaji is committed to preventing minors from accessing the platform. If a member finds that a minor is using their account, notify cbaji immediately and change your password.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaji platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing bonuses or manipulating the system
- Creating an account using another person's identity or information
- Operating games using software or automated tools
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
- Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct
7.2 Disciplinary Actions
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, cbaji may take one or more of the following actions:
- Temporarily suspending the account
- Permanently cancelling the account
- Forfeiting bonuses and winnings
- Notifying the relevant authorities

8.2 Scope of Disputes
The time limit for raising a dispute about a game result is within 30 days of that game result being published. Disputes submitted after the designated time limit may not be considered.

cbaji's dispute resolution team will make decisions after reviewing relevant information, logs, and records. This decision shall be considered final unless there is a legal reason requiring review.
